Revelations 21: 2

It is Miss Lavendar’s wedding. Miss Lavendar is about to marry her childhood sweetheart, Mr. Irving, and Anne, Diana, and Charlotta the Fourth gladly prepare for the wedding:

By noon the rooms were decorated, the table beautifully laid; and upstairs was waiting a bride, “adorned for her husband.”

“You do look sweet,” said Anne rapturously.

“Lovely,” echoed Diana.
